Phalodi fort
This fort in Phalodi was built by Rao Hammir Narawat, the grandson of Rao Suja, Maharaja of Jodhpur (Marwar) in the year 1488 AD.

Jain Temple
This temple, built in 1847 by the Oswal Jain community is made entirely in stone without girders or cement. The glass used is old Belgium glass. It is quite a marvelous architectural structure.

Khichan
A widely visited spot on a bird watcher's trip is the sanctuary of Khichan, 5 km from Phalodi, best known for the Eurasian Demoiselle Cranes (Kurian) that migrate here in early August from the European and Mongolian winters.

Shopping
Wander through the city and find bargains at the various bazaars.

The temple of Jambaji, a few kms from Phalodi, is a lovely spot on the banks of a small, deep blue lake. It's a ideal spot to bathe, relax and have a leisurely picnic spread.

The temple of Ramdevra too is a popular place, locally much revered.
